3D Experience & Digital Twin Integration
When a project needs to show a space, a piece of equipment, or a facility in three dimensions within its web platform, Servitec resolves the integration: where the model lives, how it loads, how it's navigated, and what it requires from the infrastructure.
- Servitec GyG integrates
- Incorporating the experience into the web platform, its performance, its hosting, and its maintenance.
- Virtual Space Costa Rica
- Handles the specialized 3D production when needed: the survey and creation of the model and the digital twin. It is an independent company.
What it solves
A well-produced 3D model can become unusable on the web: it's too heavy, it takes too long to load on a mobile connection, it can't be navigated with a keyboard, or it breaks the rest of the site. Production and integration are two different trades, and this is the second one.
- Where the model is hosted and what that requires from the site's infrastructure.
- How it loads without degrading the rest of the platform's performance.
- What alternative is offered to someone who can't or won't use the interactive experience.
- Who maintains it when the modeled space or equipment changes.
How it's contracted
As part of a web project.
Within a web project
3D integration is defined as part of the development scope, together with the platform that will host the experience.
With production coordinated
When the model doesn't exist yet, specialized 3D production is coordinated with Virtual Space Costa Rica. Each party's scope is defined in the initial conversation.
Is there a space or a piece of equipment to show on the platform?
Let's first talk about what that experience needs to achieve. With that defined, we can decide whether a new model needs to be produced.
